Did Illinois make arrow out and arrow in dials noramlly seen on 16s bunn specials for 18s movements also>

Yes I saw that after I posted I know they have a arrows out because I just found on a watch I listed but I wasnt sure if they made the arrows in or how common they were. This is the first 18s I remember seeing but then again my memory is not the best. I wonder if specific movements were for arrows in and arrows out like the 16s.
