Roger StephensHamilton 946
just received this 23 jewel,946,s/n 1409055=1920,1921.Didn't realize that this grade 946 was the only 23 jewel,18size Hamilton produced. I believe it to be in the last run of the 946.Just to clarify the above statement the 946 was the only open face movt.in 23 jewels.Grade 947 was also 23 jewels but a Hunter movt.

Gary E. FosterVery nice watch. I missed out on a 946 at an auction way back when I first started collecting, I didn't know what it was. Had a private label dial and broken balance staff, which was why I passed it by. Only one bidder besides myself, I went to $90, he got it for $100.
