I don't have any Peoria watches, but I've noticed it looks like most have friction-set jewels, rather than screwed down ones like most other companies used.Some have a pretty fancy regulator setup, looks like a worm drive that looks pretty high-tech for that time frame.I really don't know much about them were they a high end, or low end watch? Very well made watches Ted, can not go wrong if you buy the "Superior Quality" or "For Railway Service" ones and not that many made. I have had a few of these over the years and they are excellent. Just be sure you get them with the correct dials otherwise to replace a bad or incorrect dial will cost a small fortuneSmile

Nice Peoria Kevin.I like those raised jewel settings, they really set it off! Pretty fancy micro regular on those. Thanks for posting it, Ted.
