Anyone know aboutwhat yr they came out with the fully signed dial? Waltham Vangard 23 jewels?? thanks BOB

I don't have an exact date but they appeared in the mid 1930s. They are shown in my 1936 Waltham material catalog and as well as Waltham's 1937 supplement dial catalog.

Thanks for the answer I should have been more specific as to what I wanted to know which is were the fully signed dial only on the pressed jewel modles or were they earlier on the movements with raized jewel settings or even earlier on the ones with screwed down jewels thanks BOB
