Thanks to Andy I've finally finished a restoration I started almost two years ago.I have a 1 star rarity Manhattan dollar watch.Only 160,000 made so parts are hard to find.I needed a hairspring to finish and the movement Andy listed here a week or so ago had one.My watch is finally running and keeping very good time. Thanks Andy.Regards to all.Norm

Extremely large images cannot be viewed by those with slower internet connections or smaller screens. Due to those considerations and to avoid overloading storage capacity our system is set up to not accept poster size images. "

Click here: How to Photograph Your Watches and Clocks

In there you will find information about sizing your images and posting them on our site.

HELP IN POSTING IMAGES FOR HOSTING ON OUR IHC185 DISCUSSION SITE

QUOTE: "We suggest sizing images to 640 X 480 pixels or less. It is also important to properly compress the file size of the .jpg image prior to posting. For example, the images I post are usually compressed to well under 100 kbps and I find that 60kbps or 70kbps provides a good result."

Hi Norm,

Inquiring to see if your model has screw bezels or snap-on, as these come in a couple of different varities. I have three of these all are different, one with both bezels that screw-on, one with snap-on front bezel and screw-on back, and one with both bezels that snap-on?

A very nice watch, hope mine turn-out as good.

Best Regards,
Bila

Good Morning Bila,Mine has snap back and bezel.Mine is kind of different in that the fat book lists the two button in a base metal case with a paper dial.Mine has a porcelain dial.Found this ad on line and thought it would go nicely with my watch.Best regards, norm
