This is listed as a 15 Jewel Pendant setting grade 35 model 1883 movement that is not particularly extraordinary. As some 15 Jewel movements of that period were marked adjusted as they were for temperatures and possibly isochronism, this may be (somehow) a legitimate watch, but it is very "fresh" looking. I would be very cautious with it for that reason. If you want to take the chance it should be checked for matching serial numbers.

From the website description it is unclear as to whether the watch is available for purchase. But I agree with David, if you are buying a 'Canadian Pacific' that name is the value so get the numbers confirmed. While you're at it getting proof of the '17 Jewels' should be a no brainer!

Interestingly, when enlarging and brightening the upper-right image from that website I see what may turn out to be a center-jewel retaining screw. Compare it to other "Model 83" examples of Waltham watches.

This makes me think the "17-Jewels" may be right...

I can confirm that is the 17th Jewel setting and screw as I checked the postions of those parts as shown below on an identical movement. btw a CPR just like this sold on eBay today.
