Roger StephensSilver case cleaning
Found this recipe for cleaning silver cases last
night. I have several and I hate using silver polish
because of the residue left in cracks etc. So I
decided to try it on my worse one outside only
with amazing results. Took about 2-3 minutes and it
looked like new. Hand sanitizer! The brand I have is
germ x. Dab on a clean cloth and rub. Then rub again
with clean portion of cloth. You're done. AMAZING!

John WatkinsToday I gave it a try on a rather dirty silveroid case and didn't have much luck. Switched to Simichrome, which did the trick.

Kevin HoffmanI had to try hand sanitizer on silver , although the cases were not that bad , it seemed to work pretty good , on the silveroid cases I use a dremel with a buff wheel and tripoli polishing compound , makes a green one shine like silver! I like to buy a 10 dollar watch for parts and a good case !

Theodore J. Brown Sr.I have used Noxon on silveroid cases, it really stinks but does a nice job! Has a strong ammonia smell to it.
