Illinois Grade ?

I have this size 18 two tone bit wash out pocket watch that wants to tick and will soon
but not sure of the grade database shows it as 19 j and the one I have is 17j
serial # 1373641.

Meggers book shows ser # run 1,373,501- 1,373,800 as a grade 65-E. also shows both 19 & 17 jewels in that run.
