I pick few watches and this one I'm not sure of it
is it Swiss fake or American made
watch is size 18 lever set looks to be 11 jewels

I think Norm is right. The Y-shaped bridge is also Swiss, but in this case it's high grade Swiss, not Swiss fake.

I have a similar watch that upon examination turned out to be a Longines.
