Jon Hart992B - 3rd Wheel - issue
Anyone ever see anything like this, or know what "might" cause the break and distortion?

Gary E. CochranThe only thing I can think of is maybe someone took something and put a lot of pressure on that wheel to try and make the watch run or run faster..screwdriver maybe..

Jon HartReplaced the complete wheel/pinion - and running fine.
The pinions were not broke
There does look to be "scratch" on the wheel itself three (3) teeth up from the break might have been a screwdriver impact like Gary alluded to. Crazy...

David AbbeUnmitigated abuse by ice-pick (or screwdriver). Those three breaks are all fractures.

Richard M. JonesI favor the ball point pen theory. Stick the pen point into the watch to "help the little wheel thing move better".

Gerald ZimmermannSomeone tried 'bump-starting' the watch
