Richard, the only part of these mugs that were made by the O'Hara Dial Co. is the porcelain lid. The rest was made in, I believe Orange, NJ.
David, the reason the stein you pictured went for so much money is the golf theme. For some reason they bring much more money. They made these items when the dial business was slow. I collect these steins as well as other items from O'Hara Dial. The thing I really want for my collection, that I have only seen one of, and that was in a museum, is a porcelain business card from the O'Hara Dial Co. That was wicked cool, but it did have a hairline in it.
