I am interested to know what the correct actual measurement is for the INSIDE DIAMETER of the second hand pipe on 16 size Hamilton pocket watches... like 992 - 972 -990 - 974 - 950 etc.?

Since the shaft measures .26mm or .010" then I'm guessing a snug pipe would need to be .24mm or .009" ?
