Kevin MoodiePugh Brothers case
I saw a well worn gold filled train engraved watch case on ebay. 16s with screw marks for an Illinois movement. I have a 19j Bunn in comparable condition, so I thought they made a good marriage.

Peter Kaszubskinice home for the bunn I like it.

Paul D. TrombleyThat is a super cool case and a perfect marriage. Your movement is 1916 and I would estimate the short stem case is in the same ball park.

Steve MiddlesworthThe movement was one of three hundred made as that variant, the jeweled barrel, Temperature replaced with Temp, and it had the 48 hour mainspring. Pretty rare movement.

Kevin MoodieThanks, all for your kind comments. I always thought I'd learn to work on these critters, but never took or had the time till recently when my eyesight started to go south (or possibly north). At least the hairlines aren't as noticeable, which is a good thing, I guess. Keeps time to about 10 seconds a day uncleaned and unadjusted. Probably should break down and get it cleaned.

Michael C. BussaccoKevin;
Your eyesight is not the only one's going south. I have several Pugh Bros. pocket watches. They were a big jewelry store in Pittsburgh. Pa. I buy every Pugh Bros pocket watch that I can. I just love these pocket watches, no matter the brand.
