After looking everywhere, I can only speculate. Maybe a mark Keystone used on some "new" Howard model cases? The running dog is the "clue" for that. Be very interested in what the more in depth collector's report.

David, thanks for taking the time to look, but I do not think this is a Keystone case or anything related to Howard. The case is Swiss case and in 18k gold, if that helps.

Ethan,

you are correct. The dog, horse, and deer symbols on movements were used by the E. Howard Company to designate adjustment grades. They were never used by Keystone. And the E. Howard Co. never made cases.
