Kenny DraftsJohn,
It was made by Columbus Watch Co. The "Beginning to End" book lists it as; 11j - HG2L - U -"21", circa 1893. But yours has a nickel movement and the regulator is different than the one listed. According to the book Columbus made two models in 18s for Holler Watch Co. and one in 6s. The only other was an 18s by Seth Thomas.
This looks to be a very nice and desirable watch.

___________Hi John -
I have seen just a few of these Holler's Columbuses and remember them looking just about as your watch does. Also a nice looking one did pass through eBay just a few days ago.

John PavlikFred,
This is the one.....For some unknown reason I have never disassembled and cleaned a Columbus. One more down, and not quite sure how many to go..

Kenny,
Thanks, I will now start looking for the Seth Thomas counter part..
