Looks like Mr. Bern was an inspector for the Chicago Milwaukee St. Paul & Pacific RR, the Chicago Burlington & Quincy RR, and the Chicago & Alton RR. I wonder what great watches came through his doors for inspection?

Thank you so much for naming the RR's that are listed, I was praying that someone would mention who the letters represented.

I wondered about all the watches that came into that room too. Running the world was a full TIME job back then huh?
