Mike Hodge922 E Authenticity?
This is a 992E that I'd like authenticity opinions on. Based on what I have read here, I'd say the dial is an issue. I'll post other pics now that I think I've figured it out

Mike HodgeThanks to Lindell for his help with posting images AND the help in navigating the website.
This watch is in an authentic WGF #2 case and the color does not show well. Comments are welcome, but you can bet Lindell staightened me out on some issues. Wow, what a forum!

Larry Buchanone thing I did notice about this pocket watch are the hands and the minute hand is a Canadian 24-hour and and the hour hand is a spade, the proper one for this dial.

Foster MillerBesides the hands- as already mentioned. I think Hamilton stopped using a script dial before the 1930s. I can not remember seeing any other 992E with a script dial.
I am sure someone will have the exact dates for the dials

Mike HodgeYes, the script dial will go when I can locate a correct one to purchase or trade.

Mike HodgeThanks Pete, but I did locate one, (paid more) and Rob Carter sent a hand. I'll post a pic as soon as I change the parts.
