Buster BeckJohn it appears to be at first glance a Hampden 16sz Open Face Model 1.
Looks like it says "North West" ?? I would guess it to be a "private label" watch.

Ed EstesIt's a model 3. A model 1 would have the raised center.
It's a private label and listed in the Arnold/Hernick book. 2573362 is on the serial list. Should be a pendant set.

Richard M. JonesI do believe it is a private label and at 21 jewels uncommon for Hampden. Very nice John!

David Abbe2573362 is posted in Hernick-Arnold "Hampden watch Co.", as a Pendant set, Model 3, 21J adjusted "Northwest" 16s watch. If there were a hundred made, I would think that would be about all of them.
I like the "Ballsy (Watch Co.) Bullseye" damskeening style!
