JerryT points out above (referring to Elgin) that for some grades it appears that large portions of the number block may have never been made.

Question: Could the same be said of Waltham?

Stu,

I cannot speak to Waltham specifically but I find gaps of never-produced movements in Hamilton, Ball-Hamilton and South-Bend on a regular basis. You might call it "The Best-Laid Plans of Mice, Men and Movement Manufacturers" to coin a phrase!
