Tom DunnProfessional Cleaning On A Hard To Service Howard Series 3
Here's what a Howard Series 3 looks like before and after
being serviced by a repairman who completely takes the watch apart and fully cleans each part then reassembles it.

Roger J. NolfeI hate to be critical but the hairspring doesn't look right to me. But it was nicely cleaned.

Joseph BlossicI rely on a professional watchmaker who will not do a repair or restoration without a complete disassembly. Here is an example of his work on a similar Howard. Consistently meticulous, reasonably priced, short turnarounds; a collector needs to find such a craftsman and develop a long term relationship with them.
