Does anyone know what year Hamilton ceased production of their model 940?

If anyone else is interested, I have some info to answer my own question.
Production ended for the Hamilton 940 in 1928.
With 4 watches remaining in stock on 01Sept1937.

Thanks for reminding me "again" of the search feature.
I do use it, but I also forget about it on occasion.
Some of the posts the search finds are 5+ years old and I believe it is good to get current feedback on some of the old questions.
I have left myself a sticky note on my computer to use the search feature more.
