A friend showed me a Keystone Howard 12-size, very nice watch which has white train wheels. The wheels are matte finish and the color is a little on the gray side. Can anyone tell us about the wheels, or point me to a reference about them? The movement is 1254495, 17 jewels, Pat'd '12, marked temperature and 3 positions.
