This is the great clock that Jim Cope snagged on the IHC for sale site. I thought while I had it apart I would share the photos with you.

The obvious unusual feature of the outside of the clock is the beat setting mechanism on the dial.

The movement holds more surprises.

Jim, Nice clock you scored from Tom, I was seriously thinking of buying it from Tom when he lowered the price, but you beat me to it. Good buy and glad you got it

...well Chere Violette is now in place overlooking the waters of Lake Erie faced in the general direction of Ralph Rehner's house across the lake...this after poor weather had repeatedly delayed her 'pick-up'...was treated to seeing Tom's magnificent clock/watch collection (as well as Laura's collectibles too)...thanks again to Tom Seymour for a fine Gilbert clock...
