Illinois production log question "Click" to Login or Register

Just curious if others have found some differences with the Illinois production log in Meggers Illinois Volume 2 book.

I have an 18 size Bunn s/n 2482975 that on page 83 (RH 2nd from bottom) shows the s/n range 1813801-2858200 as a 17j Bunn, which mine is and marked “17 ruby jewels”.

But the production log on page 382 show s/n range 2482901-248200 as a 15j Bunn? Has anyone noticed any differences?

Thanks,

My data base shows it as a 17J adj5p Ruby Jewel gold jewel settings, gold balance screws, sunburst 5th pattern, damaskeened nickle with black filled engraving. DS enamel bold gothic aribic dial marked Illinois Watch Co. in old english.

Thank you Paul, that’s exactly the movement I have. I have probably got a replacement dial as it is a Montgomery dial (mint as far as I can see) with a straight “ILLINOIS” lettering so could be close to period correct. But all’s good as it looks very nice on this watch I really like the Montgomery dials.
