Thanks for bringing this to us Joe....It's always interesting to know a little more of the history of the technology that was used during the evolvment of our horology life growth cycle....

This adds yet another 'NAIL' in the tracks of that cycle....

Great post! I forgot how early the Hamilton model 8 case was introduced.

Thanks for the post. I'm making a presentation on the public perception of railroads next week. I cite examples of how time and Hamilton watches in particular, figured into the railroad public image. These ads are a great example.
