Here is an interesting Canadian Ball Watch Company, Winnipeg Ball Model case that Lindell sent me last year, it is 18 size, swing ring, and needed restoration. Whoever owned it before had the back of the case engraved in big letters "To Father 1978". I had my goldsmith friend in our local watch and clock club fill in the lettering, and another member replate it for me, it came out very well. In all my years of collecting I have seen many Canadian Ball Watch Company cases in 16 size, swing ring, and screw back and bezel, but this is the first example of a 18 size I have ever run across. I will have to find a suitable 18 size Ball movement, one with a 24 hour dial to place into it.

Thank you Samie, with the scarcity of Ball Model cases, the effort to restore it has really paid off.

Hello Theodore:

I will have to check that out, and get back to you, I'm hoping it had a Hamilton.
