I did not read them so really do not know if that helps at all.

Since we don't know what answers you are looking for, just go to the "Find-or-Search" feature on Discussion Site Main Page [don't limit it to just the Illinois forum], and put in "Ball Illinois" where you will get 100's of threads/posts. There you may find the answer you are seeking. And if not, at least you might find some tidbit of information that you weren't aware of [seems I always do].

Buster's right Larry, I ran the IHC Find-Or-Search on the main page for "Ball-Illinois" and got more than 9,000 matches, that's a whole lot of "nothing" and in the Ball Forum there are 38 pages of results for my "Ball-Illinois" search.

Now whether they will give you the info you seek, I do not know.
