Questions: I.O.F. & L.B.C. pocket watch "Click" to Login or Register

So I took a chance today & bought a small watch off my favorite site. Only the face & case back was shown, and from the photo made on a ruler it's going to be a 6 or 12 size. The dial is marked with a shield reading IOF over the top & LBC at the bottom. I've figured out the top is Independent Order of Foresters, but what's the LBC stand for? Anyone know?

The IOF is The Independent Order of Foresters and the LBC stands for Liberty, Benevolence and Concord.

Thank you, Sir! The watch movement turned out to be junk but I'm saving the dial & case for another day!
